- It depends on the job. Quotes are free. I can often quote from a photo, video or description, otherwise I'll come and look.
- Can you quote from photos?
- Sometimes. Sash window problems are hard to judge without seeing them, so a video, a description or a visit helps.

- Not at the moment. I repair them.
